Established in 2004 following the merger of three key Auxiliary Police Forces, AETOS has grown to become a leading unified security and safety solutions provider with more than 70 years of experience in securing Singapore’s key maritime, aviation and infrastructure installations – and we’re just getting started.

2004 – 2006
OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Founded in 2004 with the strategic merger of three key Auxiliary Police Forces – PSA Corporation (PSA) (1947), Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics) (1967) and Changi International Airport Services (CIAS) (1981)
Established AETOS Security Training Consultancy to expand training capacity and capabilities
2007 – 2012
EXPANDING OUR CAPABILITIES
Established AETOS Security Consultants to meet increasing demand for consultancy and unarmed security services
Entrusted with safeguarding key infrastructure such as Woodlands and Jurong Island Checkpoints, Senoko Energy, Power Seraya, and Singapore Prisons Services
Won contracts to provide event security for signature national events (Singapore Youth Olympic Games, Marina Bay Singapore Countdown, and the Singapore F1 Grand Prix)
2013 – 2017
SPREADING OUR WINGS
Established AETOS Technologies & Solutions, working with best-in-class partners to leverage innovative technologies to augment operations
Became part of the SJ Group in 2016
2018 – 2021
GROWING FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH
Moved to its first purpose-built, seven-storey headquarters at Corporation Drive
Launched AETOS Assets Management to provide end-to-end financial security services
Observed major milestones such as the launch of the AETOS K9 unit and establishment of the Company Training Committee (CTC) with the Union of Security Employees (USE).
2022 - PRESENT
GOING BEYOND
Launched the next–generation 5G Integrated Command Centre with Singapore’s largest 3D Digital Twin and unified ops capabilities
Launched AETOS VP International to provide specialized training, consultancy and executive protection services
Forged strategic partnership with global companies Collinson Group and Crisis24, to launch ‘AETOS Assist’ - integrated security, medical and travel risk management services
